About Timothy Glass

Owner Timothy Glass has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience, including recruiting, staffing, training, employee relations, and contract negotiations. Timothy’s HR experience includes companies such as Quaker Oats, Kraft Foods, Frontier Communications, and Durham Coca-Cola, as well as being a business owner himself for nearly 15 years. Timothy understands the importance of being a strong HRBP. In each of his work assignments he has become fully involved in his community, working with local organizations that assisted individuals in finding employment and honing their professional skills through workshops and professional development programs.
